Going into it's 5th year, the SunTrust National Marathon/CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Half Marathon anticipates welcoming a capacity field to hit the streets of the District of Columbia for a 26.2 mile highlight of 6 of the city’s 8 wards on March 20, 2010. In addition to exciting corporate involvement, the SunTrust National Marathon/CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Half Marathon is proud to provide new community programming to District residents, further connecting the race to its city.

This prestigious tournament, which features the world's best golf competition while benefiting the Tiger Woods Foundation and various local D.C. youth charities, moves to Philadelphia for two years as Congressional Country Club in Bethesda prepares for the 2011 US Open.
